The Prescott City Council went into closed session at the end of its regular meeting held last night at the City-Library Building 800 N. Borner St.
The topic of the session concerned proposed redevelopment in Tax-Incremental Financing (TIF) District No. 4 and development within a half-mile of District No. 4 in the city.
The council came out of closed session and took no action. The full meeting then adjourned.
