Court removes restrictions in Kuehni bond, motion hearing set for Nov. 17

ELLSWORTH - Two restrictions in the bond for Rose Marie Kuehni, the Prescott woman still facing an upcoming trial on charges of second degree murder and hiding a corpse in death of Douglas Bailey, also of Prescott, were moved by Judge James Duvall upon request from Kuehni's attorney Mark Gherty during a court session today at the Pierce County Courthouse.

Those restrictions were confining her to live with her mother in Pepin and restricting her travel to just the state of Wisconsin.

Gherty filed other motions as well, including one for another pre-trial conference, which will be decided in a motion hearing set for Nov. 17 at 9 a.m. Kuehni's jury trial which begins Dec. 6 and will run to Dec. 15.
