Health and Fitness with Lisa - Valentine’s Smoothie

Enjoy a sweet, healthy treat this Valentine’s Day with this delicious chocolate covered cherry protein smoothie:

  • ·          1 cup of chocolate milk or chocolate almond milk

  • ·         1/2 cup of frozen cherries

  • ·         1 TBSP cocoa powder

  • ·         1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Enjoy with your Valentine.
