Both the Prescott boys and girls basketball teams won their respective Middle Border Conference girls' basketball games Friday evening.

Prescott improves to 11-2 overall and 8-0 in the MBC.

Meanwhile back in Prescott, the PHS girls team engaged in another close contest with Amery and again eked out a win, 38-36.

The win puts PHS above .500 in the MBC at 5-4, 5-8 overall. Prescott's next contest is at home vs. Baldwin-Woodville Tuesday.

Prescott's Kate Miller has an open path to a lay-up against Amery.
